Abstract/Description
CGIAR Secretariat paper describing the activities undertaken to implement a recommendation of the Second Review of the CGIAR that the Secretariat increase its public relations activities. The document was intended as background to a discussion at the CGIAR meeting in November 1984. It drew on a meeting of information officers of the centers. The report of this meeting is mentioned, but not attached.
