Agreement between IBRD and UNDP on the establishment of CIMMYT signed on April 29, 1988 by W. David Hopper for the IBRD and Timothy Rothermel for UNDP. The record also includes the CIMMYT constitution as annex. The constitution contains fourteen articles and a list of the original board members from 1989.
