Abstract/Description
The role and selection of CGIAR nominees to Center Boards has been discussed at several ExCo meetings. In December 2003 ExCo endorsed the new process and it was approved by the CGIAR in March 2004. The seventh meeting of ExCo in September 2004 reviewed the process again. This record documents the history behind the process and the evolving discussion on the subject. This document was discussed during the CGIAR Business Meeting at AGM 2004.
