An extensive study of information in the CGIAR system prepared for the CGIAR Secretariat by John E. Woolston, an information specialist long associated with IDRC. Woolston recommends a policy and strategy review by TAC followed by a cross center review of the information function as then preformed. He makes a number of suggestions for expanded information activities, some employing new technology.
