Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Kenya & The International Development Research Centre Acting as Executing Agency on Behalf of a Group of Countries and Agencies Cooperating for the Establishment of ICRAF

Agreement between Kenya and The International Council for Research in Agroforestry (ICRAF) signed November 21, 1978. Agreement outlines the establishment and operation of the headquarters of ICRAF. The agreement was signed between the Honorable Dr. Munyua Waiyaki, Minister for Foreign Affairs, Kenya and James Pfeifer, Secretary and General Counsel, International Development Research Centre (IDRC), and KFS King, Director General, ICRAF. The Agreement contains 13 articles.
