Quantitative Indicators for Priorities in International Agricultural Research

FAO commissioned study by the German consulting firm Gesellschaft fur Agrarprojekte on the selection and use of quantitative indicators for establishing priorities in international agricultural research. The paper discusses the problems of research policy evaluation and the complexities of selecting suitable priority indicators.
