Training for irrigation management in Sri Lanka: An appraisal of current activities and suggestions for their enhancement - Main report

This main report presents the findings of a review of present resources and activities in training for irrigation management in Sri Lanka. A strategy is offered to enhance what is being done already, and to prepare irrigation staff to adapt to new technical situations that can be expected in the imminent future.
