Abstract/Description

This prevention and response action plan on Sexual Exploitation and Abuse and Sexual Harassment (SEA/SH) presents the inherent SEA/SH risks of the AICCRA project and existing SEA/SH contextual risks, as well as measures considered to prevent, mitigate, and respond to SEA/SH related risks on the overall project. It furher outlines the principles and provides arrangement for receiving, resolving and managing complaints SEA/SH related complaints from project workers and community members. The SEA/SH Action Plan has been prepared in accordance with the World Bank Good Practice Note on Addressing SEA/SH. This SEA/SH Action Plan is a living document and would be updated as and when the scope of work for AICCRA and its related SEA/SH risks anticipated changes.
