GFAR Report of Activities 1996-1997

This document consists of three parts, distributed as background to the report of the Chair of the Global Forum Steering Committee (GFSC) to the International Centers Week meeting of the CGIAR in October 1997. These are a report of GFAR activities 1996-1997 (without its background documents); initiation of the NARS-SC Secretariat; and minutes of the second meeting of the NARS Steering Committee. The revised plan of action was distributed in December 1997 and is contained in a separate record.
