| dcterms.abstract | La Guía para compartir capacidades presenta un enfoque práctico y participativo para fortalecer capacidades y escalar iniciativas de desarrollo en América Latina y el Caribe. Propone herramientas y metodologías que facilitan el intercambio de conocimientos entre actores, promueven el aprendizaje colectivo y apoyan la institucionalización de prácticas exitosas. El documento describe pasos concretos para identificar necesidades y oportunidades de fortalecimiento institucional, mapear capacidades existentes, facilitar procesos colaborativos y diseñar estrategias de escalamiento adaptadas a cada contexto. Además, aborda principios clave como la inclusión social, la equidad, la sostenibilidad y la apropiación local. La guía está dirigida a organizaciones, equipos técnicos, comunidades y facilitadores que trabajan en agricultura, desarrollo territorial, seguridad alimentaria y otros ámbitos sociales. Su objetivo es mejorar la efectividad de proyectos y programas mediante procesos de aprendizaje mutuo, co-creación y articulación entre instituciones y comunidades. | en |
